A solution composed of 2 applications:
- The manager ensures organization and monitoring via his web application
- The on-site technician retrieves his activity schedule and provides field information via the mobile application

Techtime web for the manager
To ensure the management of the company’s activity and manage its resources, the manager uses the web platform. We logically worked in partnership with building professionals to understand and conceptualize their needs.
Techtime is therefore the fruit of two years of work of exchanges and validations with professional contexts in the building sector. The web application is ergonomic and very easy to use.
CONSTRUCTION SITES
A macro and intuitive vision
The objective of Techtime’s graphical interface being to remain simple and intuitive, the representation of construction site schedules takes the form of a Gantt chart. You can view general information such as: start and end dates, human resources, documents and associated characteristics.
ACTIVITIES
Flexible and ergonomic management
Just like intervention activities, those on construction sites are organized in the form of tasks. Each of these can be associated with resources, definition of the activity and information.
In permanent connection via the mobile application with the technicians present on site, the manager will be able to retrieve time sheets and photos taken in the field in real time.

Mobile techtime for technicians
The technicians present on site to provide customer services have the possibility via their mobile application to retrieve information concerning:
- the activities they have to deal with
- their teams
- customer and supplier contact details
They can also interact in real time with their business manager. In fact, the mobile application allows them to transmit from the field:
- photos of the work carried out
- their observations or questions via instant messaging
- their entry of time sheets
OUR TECHNICAL RESPONSE
Web and mobile development technologies
The constraints of the Techtime platform were important: an optimized user experience, fast applications, asynchronous and real-time processing. To meet our objectives, the following technologies were exploited:
- Ruby on Rails for the back-end (APIs) and back-office
- React JS for the web client
- React Native for the mobile client
- Firebase for notifications
- ActionCable for real-time management
- PostgreSQL for database
